Governments are responsible for holding free and fair elections to ensure representation. The government must run the affairs of the state in accordance with the established laws and ensure the protection of the citizens under the law. Governments are bound by the Constitution to promote the welfare of citizens as effectively as possible as soon as possible.  It includes rules to protect fundamental rights, protect the integrity of countries, and support the scientific approach. Not only this, it also includes the responsibilities of obtaining justice for social and national freedom, protecting and preserving the rich cultural and historical heritage of the country, creating public awareness about the state and citizens, and so on. The whole spirit of the state constitution is social freedom. Of course, political democracy is to be transformed into social's freedom democracy. Such attention is expected to be concentrated here. For this, the work of indigenous citizens, governments and indigenous citizens is the same.  However, all kinds of criminal backgrounds of terrorists are very large, this emergency situation is experienced by all citizens.
