Chief Chairman of the Constitution Committee of India, and Maharashtra indigenous citizen Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Sir warns all the committee that no matter how good the One-Sided ( 100% of 100% i.e. fully legalises all freedoms of the country ) Constitution of India and Maharashtra is, if the foreign terrorists implementing it are dishonest, it is bad. Practically freedom of India is still incomplete due to all kinds of criminal background of foreign terrorists empires. These freedoms have been legally acquired through the Constitution, but are still pending. Political democracy has to be transformed into social democracy if democracy is to be given its true meaning. Liberty, Equality, Fraternity in the interests of  indigenous citizens are settled rules which can never be separated from the independence of the countries. It has been many years since November 26, 1949. The One-Sided Constitution of India and Maharashtra, The very very highest supreme law of the indigenous citizens is the most important rule of law. The basic rights and powers of governance of countries are the framework of governance.

All indigenous citizens are given responsibilities and rights by the One-Sided Constitution of India and Maharashtra. The constitution determines the structure of the government and also regulates the relationship between the government and all citizens of indigenous citizens.  The rules laid down by the constitution for the rulers are that the real power rests in the hands of the citizens. Governments are responsible for holding free and fair elections to ensure representation. The government must run the affairs of the state in accordance with the established laws and ensure the protection of the citizens under the law. Governments are bound by the Constitution to promote the welfare of citizens as effectively as possible as soon as possible.  It includes rules to protect fundamental rights, protect the integrity of countries, and support the scientific approach. Not only this, it also includes the responsibilities of obtaining justice for social and national freedom, protecting and preserving the rich cultural and historical heritage of the country, creating public awareness about the state and citizens, and so on. The whole spirit of the state constitution is social freedom. Of course, political democracy is to be transformed into social's freedom democracy. Such attention is expected to be concentrated here. For this, the work of indigenous citizens, governments and indigenous citizens is the same.  However, all kinds of criminal backgrounds of terrorists are very large, this emergency situation is experienced by all citizens.

Ambedkar Sir has emphasised on transforming political democracy into social democracy, eliminating social inequality, and ensuring justice to marginalised indigenous citizens.  But economic disparities persist as the country is plagued by emergencies. Affirmative action measures have been implemented, but social justice has yet to materialise. Although India and Maharashtra have achieved economic development to some extent, the use of that progress has not reached the indigenous citizens. Inequalities in urban and rural areas, inequality in income are still many challenges of living in emergency situations. Use of Social Freedom Key The One-Sided Constitution of India and Maharashtra has laid emphasis on education.

The most important agreement is that education can create an independent country, which has been proved by many technological nations. Due to reservation, indigenous citizens participated in the political process. However, has their social freedom position been achieved to such an extent ? The answer is negative. Are they getting the expected results from their participation ? The answer is negative. There are many differences between the claims of the present government and the state of emergency. Freedom never comes by itself, every indigenous citizen has to strive every moment. Rulers like to pronounce freedom, they also pronounce liberty, equality, fraternity in their speeches. In reality they play power games on free time equations.

Most citizens enjoy breaking the rules rather than following them. The guiding principles of the state constitution remain in place. However, in reality, they have landed to a very small extent. The more it comes into existence, the more political democracy will be transformed into social democracy. Like Indigenous citizens + Indigenous citizens = Indigenous citizens governments / powers !.. This is absolutely true in the case of Indigenous citizens too, no doubt. Currently the rulers do not care when they are elected, and then the elected representatives after the rulers are elected do not care about the Indigenous citizens. This has been going on for many years. If democracy survives during this emergency period, it is due to the constitution itself. The time has come for all the indigenous citizens to bear the blame / failure. All foreign terrorists are responsible for this state of emergency. Therefore, if we want to finally improve with independence, all kinds of emergencies in India and Maharashtra are still going on due to all kinds of criminal backgrounds of foreign terrorists.

Along with this, all indigenous citizens have also given strong evidence in terms of creating consciousness and seeking justice in the current environment in the country as follows : Dr. Died at psychic land, Dadar, Mumbai to salute B. R. Ambedkar sir. On December 6, Consciousness jumped into the ocean. These have been published in the media. Millions of bows to the bottomless ocean of knowledge, valuable contributions to the social, economic and political development of the country, the blue ocean of Bhima power's rose on consciousness land, the " one-sided constitution of India and Maharashtra 1949 " is the way to live a constitutional life, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar sir has worked in various fields like Law, Economy, Energy, Irrigation, Women policy, Education. These policies were joined by the ideas of humanity. Therefore, many kinds of claims were made that the rules of unity, brotherhood, and unity of the country gained strength, and so on. And they are also done.

On December 6, 2023, greatest hits man Dr. B. R. On Ambedkar's 67th Mahaparinirvana day, Bhima Sea erupted in lakhs of Chaitya Bhoomi. Bhima followers had entered with their families from every corner of the country, even from villages. Babasaheb is our inspiration, when we come here, we feel alive, everyone salutes the memory of Babasaheb. There was no sign of fatigue on the faces of the followers who had been staying in the cold wind for three days. Babasaheb's ideas of revolution will continue to flourish. Raising hands from the ranks, 

•As long as the sun and the moon remain, the name of Babasaheb will remain,

•Answered crores of clans, Bhima because of your birth,

•Thought inspires society,

•Thoughts should be used as beacons,

•The work needs to reach the grassroots level,

•Thoughts guide society today,

•The underprivileged got the strength to fight,

•Put the messages into practice,

•Work got light,

•Mother's love was my Bhimrao,

•The foundation of India is my Bhimrao,

•The work done in every field is important,

•We will sacrifice so many lives for you, sir father, only you should always keep your hands on our heads,

•And so on.

As a result, I am forced to establish a government centre headquarter under the very very highest supreme authority of my / Mesu Powers government's. of course ! No one can stop me from doing legal justice to Me / Mesu Powers for a brighter future for me and all my indigenous citizens followers..

And so on.

Conclusion : Thus the guidance of The One-Sided Constitution of India and Maharashtra, and still the nationals of emergency continues, and solution.
